Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service total.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
This policy is in place to protect my time, other clients on the waitlist, and the sustainability of my business. I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
